Food is one of the biggest pleasures in life, and also a damn useful fuel if you’re looking to perform in or out of the water.

We make food a priority at our retreat, using local Cornish produce, gathering around generous long table group dinners, and celebrating all that great tasty stuff this coastline can bring to the table.

At Peak, we believe in the power of sharing a great meal with a great group of people - it’s where the best conversations and windswept stories from the day all tend to come together.

Mornings begin with colourful, nutritious breakfasts designed to fuel the surf — relaxed, sociable and deeply satisfying.

At Peak, we provide a varied, plentiful, healthy breakfast, with a main dish that varies day-to-day alongside a generous spread of local eggs, croissants, fresh fruits, cold cuts, cheeses, warm baked bread, juices, coffee and tea and other Cornish goodies.

There is something for everyone to kick-start the day.

LUNCH

At Peak we encourage our guests to really explore the local coast from the land and the sea, so we intentionally leave the afternoons free for you to make your own adventure both in or out of the water. As such, for lunch, we recommend a list of amazing local cafes, coastal gastropubs and hidden gem restaurants that you can enjoy whilst out and about.

If you ever need to fill a gap between that morning surf and your new favourite lunch spot, we maintain a well-stocked honesty bar on-site with nutritious snacks and drinks, and our freshly made protein smoothies are always popular.

DINNER - Long Table Feast

Evenings at Peak often unfold around a long table, with generous dinners prepared by our local chef and inspired by the best seasonal produce Cornwall has to offer. It is one of our favourite parts of the retreat — a chance to slow down, share stories from the day and reconnect over a great meal.

Our approach to dining reflects everything we value at Peak: a strong sense of place, thoughtful sourcing and food that feels both relaxed and special. Expect locally grown ingredients, proper farm-raised protein, fresh seafood landed nearby and menus that evolve with the seasons.

We always believe in leaving space to do what feels right for you. One evening is therefore left free to roam, graze, and sample Cornwall’s incredible food scene — whether that means heading out independently for a quieter night or joining the herd at one of our recommended local spots.
